Raised in a Hyrkanian monastery devoted to death god Erlik he had his left hand cut away and blade attached, monks also poured libations in his left eye and so he acquired supernatural tracking skills.

In Zamora hired by a merchant Nitos to kill Conan. He followed him to Belverus in Nemedia, where Conan was captured by Nemedian Inquisition. There he bribed his way into dungeon where Conan was held but Barbarian managed to free himself and escape. Next he tracked Cimmerian at the northern Ophirian border where he was tricked by Conan and devoured by a humongous worm.

He was one of the toughest human opponents Barbarian ever faced - twice they fought and Conan couldn't beat him.
