Very little is known about Boy Blue. The teenaged nephew of The Hand, he was given a horn which could be used to summon Neh-Buh-Loh and sent to infiltrate Vigilante's new Seven Soldiers of Victory.
Creation
Boy Blue was created by Grant Morrison and JH Williams III. He made his first appearance in Seven Soldiers #0.
Major Story Arcs
Seven Soldiers of Victory
Joining up with the Seven Soldiers, Boy Blue accompanies the team to hunt the buffalo spider. Following his uncle's instructions he summons Neh-Buh-Loh to kill Vigilante, inadvertently also summoning the Sheeda. He is killed alongside the other members of the Seven Soldiers in the first wave of the Sheeda harrowing.
Powers and Abilities
Boy Blue has no known superhuman powers or abilities.
Weapons and Equipment
Boy Blue wears a luminescent ghost suit which allows density shifting, allowing him to become very light or very dense. Using the suit he is able to float, or to become invulnerable. He carries a horn which may be used to summon Neh-Buh-Loh from the Beyond Country. It can also be used to emit sonic impact vibrations.
