Glimmer was one of the members of the Theocracy, the heroes of Wonderworld, tasked with watching over imprisoned Mageddon. He was the Wonderwold equivalent to Flash. When the timespace lost members of the JLA Green Lantern, Aquaman and Flash arrived to Wonderworld, Glimmer was lost to the space deeps, still being waited by his companions. Eventually, he escaped to late to help his friends but just in time to help the JLA against Mageddon.
