Bullet is a mercenary who serves as an agent of the United States Government. Bullet is a hitman for hire who has had encounters with Daredevil on numerous occassions.

Bullet come home to find Daredevil talking to Lance. Thinking that Daredevil is there to hurt his son, Bullet attacks the hero. The pair fight until Lance fires a single shot in the air to stop them. Lance then tells his father that Daredevil saved his life and Daredevil did come to kill Bullet but he changed his mind. Bullet understands and tells Daredevil that he tried to kill him at the Anti-Nuke Parade as part of a job and it was all business. He goes on to say any friend of Lance is okay in his book.
Sex & Violence
Bullet appears as a member of the Assassins Guild when Belladonna calls upon all her specialist in the United States to drop their other assignments to come after Wolverine and Domino. Bullet was in San Francisco where he just killed a number of guys inside an alley when he receives the phone call. Bullet arrives in New Orleans and meets up with fellow members of the Guild including Boomerang, Black Mamba, Razorfist and Nakh. A meeting takes place at the headquarters of the Assassins Guild where Belladonna tells her assassins to kill Wolverine and Domino when they refuse to return the money that was stolen from them. The fight is interrupted when several members of the Hand hold Wolverine and Domino hostage. It turns out that the Hand ninjas were X-Force in disguise and they came to rescue the Wolverine and Domino. Bullet rushes towards Warpath but the mutant powerhouse evades the attack and stabs Bullet in the chest.
Extreme Carnage
Buck had moved to a cabin in the woods along with his hunting dog. One day when he went hunting his hunting dog, Mitch, attacked him because it was infected with the Phage symbiote unbeknownst to Bullet. By attacking him, the dog managed to rip his throat open and thus way the Phage symbiote transfered itself into Buck's body. The Phage symbiote had become part of the Hive, recruited by Carnage.
Later Bullet joined Senator Peter Crane's Friends of Humanity and was sent by Carnage to kill Andi Benton because Carnage failed to corrupt her symbiote - Scream. Andi, alongside Flash Thompson, fought Buck with the Phage symbiote, who managed to overpower them and impaled Andi. By impaling her he managed to kill her but she ended up bonding her Scream symbiote with parts of the Anti-Venom symbiote and later managed to kill Buck because of the extra power she gained by accomplishing this symbiote bonding.
Powers & Abilities
Bullet possesses various superhuman attributes, though whether he was born with the genetic potential to develop these powers or if he acquired them through artificial means is unknown.
Superhuman Speed: Bullet is capable of running and moving at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Strength: Bullet possesses unspecified levels of superhuman strength.
Superhuman Stamina: Bullet's superior musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of a normal human. At his peak, he can exert himself for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.
Superhuman Durability: Bullet's body is tougher and more resistant to certain types of injury than the body of a normal human, possibly a by-product of his enhanced strength. He is more resistant to injuries inflicted by impacts than a normal human. He can withstand impact forces, such as falling from several stories, being struck by wooden planks, and being struck with superhuman force, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to himself.[1] He has also demonstrated great resistance to exposure to toxic chemicals for extended periods of time.
Bullet is a highly skilled hand to hand combatant, having received training from various government sources in the past. In spite of his great size, Bullet also has the agility, reflexes, and overall general fitness of a highly conditioned athlete.
