Philip "Fishbone" Betbeze is a tattoo artist for capes at the Ink Inc Tattoo parlor in New York City when he was visited by Kat Farrell, a rookie journalist working for the Daily Bugle. Fishbone was giving a tattoo to Cain Marko with his adamantium tipped needles while Farrell asked him some information on a former judge named Michael Hart. Fishbone gave his scoop on Judge "No" Hart and told Farrell he wouldn't be surprised if the judge came back to life after all the crazy things he has seen in his shop.

Creation

Fishbone was created by Bill Rosemann and Guy Davis in 2002 and first appeared in Deadline # 1.
