Oolong Island
Now its own sovereign nation under President Veronica Cale, Oolong Island was home to the Science Squad and is currently home to the Doom Patrol.

During the year after Infinite Crisis the world's mad scientists were kidnapped and brought to Oolong Island. Under the orders of Egg Fu they created the Four Horsemen of the Apokolips: War, Famine, Pestilence and Death.
Eventually Oolong Island was given sovereignty with Veronica Cale as president. The Doom Patrol relocated to the island to protect it.
