The Timescope is a tool from the 57th Century that is used by the High Council of Solar Delegates to view events of the past. Combined with a "common Matter Transporter" it is able to pull any individual from any point in time and bring them to the 57th century.
Iona Vane uses the Timescope to watch the Green Lantern of Earth.
