A Genetic task force created by the military with samples of Young Justice, mostly from Wonder Girl, Impulse and Superboy. Thanks to the Teen of Steel, the girls got control of their lives.

Overview
The DNAngels were a trio of agents bio-engineered by the U.S military at a cost of over $2 billion. The DNAngels clashed with Superboy when they were ordered to abduct the infant clone of Jim Harper (The Guardian)
Also one of the girls, had DNA from Superboy's now deceased girlfriend Tana Moon. This explained the reason that one of them was so flirty with him. The same girl was also killed by Amanda Spence.
